Notary Service

The Law Library has now access to LexisNexis® Digital Library. The LexisNexis® Digital Library features a personalized home
page, a user-friendly reading experience and an app for easy offline reading. Start your research or resume your work from your
customized workspace. As you read eBooks, take notes and add personal tags, your home page populates. If you are interested

Divorce 101 Lecture
The Law Library in partnership with the Family Law Facilitator's Office is offering a lecture overviewing the divorce process
for those just starting or those that are contemplating divorce on may 28, 2024, 6pm-8pm.

The San Mateo County Superior Court's Central Courthouse is now open for civil calendar items. The Central Courthouse's address is
800 North Humboldt Street, San Mateo, California.

The following divisions of the San Mateo County Superior Court are currently offering services as follows:

Criminal Division
Call, visit, or use Live Chat. 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
(650)261-5200 or (650)261-5100, option 1.
Accepting all filings. A drop box is available outside the Criminal Clerk's office near Courtroom 4C. Please include a check only (no cash) for filing fees made payable to 'San Mateo Court.'

Civil, Small Claims, Family Law, & Probate Divisions
Call or make an appointment.
400 County Center, 1st Floor, Room A, Redwood City, CA 94063.
8:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
(650)261-5100, option 2 for Family Law, option 3 for Civil, option 4 for Probate, option 6 forSmall Claims.
You may also fill out a contact form at any time.
A drop box is available outside the Clerk's office. Please include a check only (no cash) for filing fees made payable to 'San Mateo Court.'
