How to replace your attorney in a criminal case (Marsden or Faretta Motion)

If you believe your Constitutional right to counsel is substantially impaired by your current court-appointed criminal attorney (Public Defender or Private Defender panel attorney), you can make a Marsden (or Faretta) Motion to the Court to have your current court-appointed attorney substituted with a new attorney.
